Owing to deep discounts and higher disposable incomes, V-Day sales seem to have surpassed those seen during Diwali. BENGALURU: The run-up to Valentine’s Day has witnessed a steep spike in the demand for same-day or even next-day deliveries for major e-commerce companies. Many orders have been made with requests for delivery on 14th morning.
"We have witnessed a substantial traction for such deliveries from metros as well as tier I & II cities," said Adarsh K Menon, VP, electronics & auto, Flipkart.
